Warranty: One year…ish. This is a pre-production prototype and because of this, we are going to be very generous with the warranty. We want this tent to be successful, but we also want the people who use it to be 100% happy. The implied contract here is that in exchange for getting a tent at a low price, you help us test the tent and, with your feedback, improve future designs. If something comes up that we didn’t foresee or expect, we will make it right…this is our promise.
V2 Mods List
· The Material will be SilPoly – Siliconized Polyester
· The guy outs will be lowered to 18” from the stakeout point to help increase the internal volume of the tent.
· We added extra tie-outs in the middle of the tent panels for windy conditions or soft soil. The extra tie-out can also help to ‘tighten up’ a flappy panel if your pitch isn’t perfect.
· The tie-outs are now triple stitched to improve strength and eliminate tear-out.
· We now have one door. Turns out zippers weigh quite a bit and cost a lot to install. By eliminating the zipper, we are able to keep the weight down and maintain a low price on the tent.
